Welcome to HSK Teacher (hsk.jdkba.com, "the site"). By using the site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

HSK Teacher is a free online practice tool for learners of Chinese preparing for HSK 3.0 levels 1–9. You can use it as a guest or create a free account to save your progress across devices. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.

2. Not an official HSK service

The site is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC), Chinese Testing International (CTI), or any official HSK test organiser. "HSK" is used only to describe the exam the practice material is designed for. Questions are written from the published HSK 3.0 word lists (GF0025-2021) but are not real exam questions, and practice results do not predict official test scores.

3. Accuracy of content

We review the question bank carefully, but it may still contain mistakes (for example a distractor option that could also be acceptable). The content is provided "as is" for learning purposes. If you find an error, please tell us (see Contact) and include the question ID shown on each question.

4. Your account

• Provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person per account; do not share or sell accounts.
• Password reset by email is not yet available, so please remember your password (or use Google sign-in).
• You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not: attempt to access other users' accounts or data; probe, attack or overload the site (including automated mass sign-ups or login attempts); scrape or bulk-download the question bank for redistribution or commercial use; or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The site's design, code and question bank are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own personal study. Do not copy, republish or sell them without permission.

7. Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that your saved progress can never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
